Rain is forecast for next week, so crews may not be able to work. During the week, if any issues arise, please get in touch with Avery or me.

Next Steps‍ ‍

The sewer line work will continue. Please be aware that service may be temporarily interrupted while connections are made to the new system. Crews will work diligently to make sure all services are operational by the end of the day.

Continuation of tree removal may begin next week, depending on the weather. If it does so, we may be entering backyards to cover pools to ensure they are kept clean of debris during the removal.

Cole Crew will begin excavation and installation of the stormline, starting at 512 Arbor Brook Ln and 513 Leavalley Ln, working towards Meadowcreek. As this work begins, a Cole Dump Truck will enter and exit the project site to haul off the excavation.

Things to Expect and Notice:‍ ‍

  • Equipment will be working, and noise levels will be high

  • Sewer Installation work

  • Tree Removal

  • Stormline Installation

  • Underground Utility Locating

  • Personnel and Construction Vehicles entering and exiting

We truly appreciate your patience and support as we make these improvements together. Our goal is to complete this project efficiently, with as little disruption as possible.
