April 3rd, 2026 Update

Hello and welcome to the Weekly Arbor Brook Channel Construction Update!

4.03.2026

Good afternoon and Happy Good Friday, the 3rd.

This post is for the week of April 6th through April 10th.

During this week, the following houses will be affected by construction in their backyards:

  • 540 Arbor Brook Ln

  • 549 Leavalley Ln

  • 536 Arbor Brook Ln

  • 545 Leavalley Ln

  • 532 Arbor Brook Ln

  • 541 Leavalley Ln

  • 528 Arbor Brook Ln

  • 537 Leavalley Ln

  • 524 Arbor Brook Ln

  • 529 Leavalley Ln

  • 520 Arbor Brook Ln

  • 521 Leavalley Ln

  • 516 Arbor Brook Ln

  • 512 Arbor Brook Ln

  • 513 Leavalley Ln

We will begin removing fences and items within the construction easement for the affected residence. Once the fencing has been removed, our crews will install the construction fence and screening, which will remain in place until further notice.

The sewer line work will begin next week. Please be aware that service may be temporarily interrupted while connections are made to the new system. Crews will work diligently to make sure all services are operational by the end of the day.

As we approach more rain events, we ask that if any issues arise from the work being performed, please contact Avery or me with the city.

Things to Expect and Notice:

  • Equipment will be working, and noise levels will be high

  • Sewer Installation work will begin

  • Irrigation will be capped

  • This will not prevent you from continuing to run your irrigation

  • Small tree removal will begin, and brush clearing

  • Underground Utility locating

  • Personnel and Construction Vehicles entering and exiting

We ask again that any items you do not want affected by the construction be moved outside the easement. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we make these improvements together. Our goal is to complete this project efficiently, with as little disruption as possible.

Thank you,

Jacob McGregor
