Ken Thorne – President
Ken Thorne founded Cole Construction in 1985 as an irrigation and landscape business called Sprinkle N’ Sprout. A Texas Licensed Irrigator with degrees in accounting and drafting & design from the University of Texas at Arlington, Ken has formed a company that excels in today’s construction industry. Under his leadership, the business has grown from an irrigation and landscape contractor to a full-service General Construction company specializing in concrete, earthwork, irrigation, and landscape projects. His leadership and commitment to employing skilled personnel and utilizing state-of-the-art equipment continue to provide the foundation for Cole Construction’s quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
Eileen Banke – Chief Financial Officer
Eileen Banke has nearly four decades of experience in accounting and office administration. She has been with Cole Construction for over twelve years. Her expertise is integral to ensuring the business's smooth daily operations, overseeing the billing, accounts receivables/payables, and producing all AIA documents for the company. As the CFO of Cole Construction, Inc., she is an expert in the field of accounting who provides various services related to finance, taxation, auditing, and other financial matters. She is responsible for keeping track of financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring that all financial records comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Her expertise helps Cole Construction to make informed financial decisions and achieve its financial goals.
Jacob McGregor –Chief Operations Officer
Jacob McGregor has been in the construction industry for over ten years. He began his career as a rebar and construction solution salesman and has worked diligently to advance his career to become a project estimator. His construction experience is extensive and valuable, ranging from manufacturing warehouses, large parking garages, educational facilities, office complexes, and landscaping projects. He has worked in different fields within the construction industry as a project estimator, manager, and supervisor throughout West Texas, Indiana, and the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
