March 13th, 2026 Update
Hello and welcome to the Weekly Arbor Brook Channel Construction Update!
Good morning and Happy Friday the 13th. We appreciate all residents who attended the meeting on Monday, the 9th, regarding the Arbor Brook Channel Project.
This post is for the week of March 16th through March 21st.
During this week, the following houses will be affected by construction in their backyards:
1. 564 Arbor Brook Ln
2. 581 Rocky Branch Ln
3. 560 Arbor Brook Ln
4. 577 Rocky Branch Ln
5. 556 Arbor Brook Ln
6. 573 Rocky Branch Ln
7. 552 Arbor Brook Ln
8. 569 Rocky Branch Ln
We will begin removing residence fences and items within the construction easement for the affected residence. Once the residence fencing has been removed, our crews will install the construction fence and screening, which will remain in place until further notice.
Things to Expect and Notice:
Equipment will be working, and noise levels will be high
Irrigation will be capped
This will not prevent you from continuing to run your irrigation
Small tree removal will begin, and brush clearing
Underground Utility locating
Personnel and Construction Vehicles entering and exiting
We ask again that any items you do not want affected by the construction be moved outside the easement. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we make these improvements.
