Good afternoon and Happy Friday.
We've completed the stormline installation and are now working on final grading and installing the remaining easement items. What does this mean? You'll see a crew start work within the next few weeks to restore the backyards. During this process, we'll rebuild fences and restore yards with sod. If your yard has a storage shed marked for replacement, a Cole representative will stop by to show you replacement options. We'll place orders and install units when they arrive. Next steps: getting ready for Halloween. As many of you have requested, we will open Meadowcreek to pedestrian traffic only on Halloween. Please do not enter the project site or try to get through the site fencing. If you see anyone entering the site, please get in touch with the authorities (911) immediately, as this is a major safety concern. Meadowcreek will then be shut down until we can place asphalt, which we plan to do next month. Our excavation team will also begin work off Briarcove soon to install the storm line there. We will post notices to let homeowners know the timeline.
