Construction Mechanic

Cole Construction Company is currently searching for an experienced mechanic to inspect, diagnose and repair various types of heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, track loaders, wheel loaders, Trenchers, compactors, etc.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience

  • Must be familiar with Takeuchi, Case, Kabota equipment

  • Must furnish own tools

  • Must be reliable and on time

  • Clean driving record

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • heavy equipment repair: 2 years (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Location:

  • Fort Worth, TX 76116 (Required)

License:

  • Class A drivers (Preferred)

Concrete Finisher

Responsible for performing all functions necessary to produce precast concrete products efficiently and safely under supervision. Work in a team environment to accomplish the required tasks.

Job Duties:

  • Stripping and cleaning products and forms

  • Assist with responsibilities such as finishing, patching, building cages and operating equipment and performing general maintenance.

  • Always maintains neat and orderly work areas.

  • Preparing and installing rebar or reinforcing wire.

  • Placement of appropriate inlets and outlets.

  • Pouring and finishing concrete in forms.

  • Ensuring tools and work areas are clean during the day and at the end of each shift.

  • Material movement such as carrying and replacing parts.

  • Finish product in a quality manner free of cracks and imperfections.

  • Cutting of pipe and box culvert.

  • Jackhammering of products.

  • Other related duties as required.

Physical Demands

  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.

  • Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.

  • Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching; the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds.

  • Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to changes in temperature, exposure to dust and fumes.

  • Use of ear plugs and other PPE – such as hard hat, dust mask, face shields, steel-toes boots, gloves and safety glasses as required.

Have a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Licensed Irrigation Technician

Licensed Irrigation Technician (Fort Worth)

We are a landscape and irrigation installation company located in Keller/Fort Worth. We are hiring for a full time licensed irrigation tech.
Interested individuals should have 2-4 years of experience in irrigation installation and be capable of performing complete installs, service and repairs.
We are looking for individuals who are professional and positive, ability to read plans/blue prints of irrigation and landscape design, possess a valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation.
Bi-lingual is a plus, but not a requirement.
This is a full time position, year around, not just in the busy seasons.
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications and licensing
